About Us
We’re two friends who met at a random psychology event back in college and instantly clicked. What started as a spontaneous encounter turned into years of friendship, support, and a whole lot of growing together.
Over time, we each followed our own paths in the mental health field: exploring different approaches, working with diverse clients, and learning through both study and life. We never planned to work together, but somewhere along the way, we realized we wanted to create something meaningful together.

So here we are, finally doing it!
We’ve combined our passions, values, and quirks to create a space that’s grounded in empathy, safety, and authenticity.
Whether it’s helping someone navigate tough emotions, build better boundaries, reconnect with themselves,
or simply feel seen, we’re here for it.
No judgment, just real connection and support.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find us doing life side-by-side: grabbing coffee, watching movies, making voice notes about random ideas, running errands (yes, even grocery shopping together), and talking about everything from career dilemmas to weekend plans. Our friendship is the heart of what we do and we bring that same warmth and trust into our work with clients and community.
We’re so excited to be on this journey together and even more excited to walk alongside you on yours.
About Deshna
Hi, I’m Deshna, a psychologist with a deep belief in the power of relational healing. I hold two Master’s degrees: one in Counselling Psychology and another in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London.
My sessions are experiential in nature, drawing from mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, psychodynamic insight, and humanistic-existential principles. I support clients in exploring their inner world with depth and curiosity, helping them create meaningful shifts in the present. Much of my work focuses on exploring early experiences and how past dynamics continue to shape our beliefs, patterns, and ways of relating to ourselves and others.I value empathy, authenticity, mutual respect, and autonomy in the therapeutic relationship.
These values create the foundation for the kind of connection where real change can unfold.Outside the therapy room, I’m an extrovert who thrives on connection and conversation. I’ve been a meditation practitioner for over four years and find joy in long nature walks, reading fiction, and getting lost in colouring or painting. I’m always learning from the world around me and I bring that same curiosity into the space we create together.

About Gayatri
Hi, I'm Gayatri, a therapist, educator, and someone who genuinely loves hearing people's stories. I have two Master’s degrees in Clinical and Counselling Psychology, and over the years, I’ve also worked as a private tutor for Psychology, Sociology, and English across various school boards. I’ve always been passionate about understanding the human mind,
in fact, I knew I wanted to study psychology when I was just 12.
Outside of work, I find joy in all kinds of things like skincare, makeup, gardening, painting, cooking and much more. I truly believe that creativity and care go hand in hand, both in life and in therapy.
My sessions are relaxed, warm, and shaped by your pace and needs.
I bring honesty, humour, and empathy into every conversation, and I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults.
If you're looking for a space where you can be fully yourself whether it is being heard, seen, or supported, I’d be honoured to walk that path with you.
